The Actors Lounge pledges to maintain its webpage's to the highest standard possible and will aim to ensure that downtime doesn't exceed 2% in any year We also pledge to provide telephone support for at least 5 days a week and email support 7 days a week. We aim to respond to all emails within 24hours, but my take longer during busy times.
