Summary:
This course is designed to broaden the range of work you're doing as an actor Through focused scene work, you will learn to express clear intention using refined voice and movement techniques.
The course places strong emphasis on the analysis and practice of modern texts, helping you uncover subtext and context to bring characters to life with authenticity and depth.
You will refine your vocal skills and dynamics and physical presence, integrating advanced techniques that add nuance and emotional complexity to your performance. The training builds on foundational acting methods, encouraging a more sophisticated and personalised approach to your craft.
With guidance from your Core Tutor and guest industry professionals, you’ll study techniques from a more advanced and analytical perspective.
The term ends with a showcase performance, where you’ll present scenes to peers, tutors, and family. This informal event celebrates your progress and you'll experience the strong sense of the TAL community.
